Apparently 2 cups of quick oats was too much. I ground them into flour in the food processor and then added the other ingredients. My food processor actually ended up broken and smoking because it was such a goopy, thick mess! I was left to throw away everything including my food processor 😢

Mmmm not sure if I understand. The recipe calls for 1 cup of quick oats.. and they aren’t meant to be ground up either… Sooooo…..??
