I love broccoli and often would make a pan just for myself and make him another veggie. Once he overcame his broccoli hurdle, I found myself in seventh heaven making this Crockpot Beef and Broccoli recipe!

Truthfully though, I don’t know how anyone could not like broccoli, especially when it’s been simmering in this delicious sauce!
TIP: Make sure you use Gluten-Free soy sauce!
If you don’t have time to make a pot of rice (or you are unbelievably horrible at making rice), those microwavable rice packets are a lifesaver.
So the work you need for this meal goes something like this:
- Make the simple 4 ingredient sauce
- Throw your beef in there. Cook.
- Add your broccoli later. Cook.
- Pile it onto the rice.
Oh, and make sure you add extra spoonfuls of that beef and broccoli sauce.
